Autumnal Style with NYX Liquid Suede

Autumn is officially here, so get out your fluffy jumpers, fur boots, and snuggly socks! This week I’m trying out three gorgeous autumnal shades from NYX’s Liquid Suede collection, Kitten Heel, Cherry Skies and Sandstorm.

Liquid Suede is a cream lipstick and that is more a lip stain than a lipgloss, so it has maximum staying power, with slight touch ups through the day. I don’t know about you, but gone are the days of re-applying lip colour several times throughout the day, ain’t nobody got time for that! (or at least I don’t) . Which is why I’m so in love with Liquid Suede is stays on where others have washed off after one sip of water (ok wine).

The other beauty of NYX Liquid Suede, is its matte texture. After applying and blotting off the excess, Liquid Suede leaves minimal residue, and doesn’t turn grainy like other lip stains I have tried. Used with a good lip liner it doesn’t smear and doesn’t have a sloppy glossy finished. You completely forget you are wearing it. I am so excited to have discovered NYX cosmetics; there are so many colour options to choice from, that I will most definitely be buying more in the future.

These shades go perfectly with any autumn outfit, especially the Cherry Skies, giving you a bold striking lip colour. I always think that when there is so much black and dark colours in an AW wardrobe, then bold make up can make all the difference.

NYX is a perfect mid range beauty products with the great colours choice and good quality that can easily be used as a luxury replacement. So pucker up and tell me what you think of the rising star of lip shades.

lots of love
